Booking an Online Advice or Strategy Session With Amelia Ideh 

These terms and conditions apply to The Client [you] and the Consultant [Amelia Ideh].

  1. Booking Confirmation and Cancellation

    • A booking is considered confirmed only once payment has been made. You will receive an email confirmation with the scheduled date and time.

    • You may request to reschedule or cancel the consultation via the link in your confirmation email, provided you do so 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the session.

    • The consultant reserves the right to cancel the session at any time, and will notify the client in as far in advance as possible.

    • If the consultant cancels the session you will be refunded the full amountwithin 30 days.

  2. Payment

    • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless you’ve been offered a payment plan option.

    • Accepted forms of payment include credit card or PayPal as specified during the checkout process.

  3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session will be eligible for a full refund.

    • If you cancel within less than 48 hours of the consultation, you will not receive a refund.

    • No-show clients (those who do not attend the consultation) will not be refunded.

  4. Consultation Duration

    • Quickie Advice Sessions will be 1 hour long, and Strategy Sessions will be 2 hours long unless otherwise specified.

    • If you arrive late, the session time will still end as scheduled, and no additional time will be provided.

  5. Preparation

    • To make the most of the consultation, please submit the onboarding Google Form you’ve been sent at least 48 hours before the session.

    • Failure to submit the form or to fill it out fully may result in the session being rescheduled or limited in scope.

  6. Confidentiality

    • All information shared during the session is considered confidential by both the client and the consultant, and will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.

    • The client agrees not to record or share the content of the consultation session without the consultant's consent.

    • If you are attending a Strategy Session the consultant will record and send the video and transcript to the client following the session. These are for your records only and should not be shared publicly online or elsewhere. Please save these files since the consultant cannot store them permanently.

  7. No Guarantees

    • While the consultant will provide expert advice and strategies during the consultation, specific results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

    • Marketing success is influenced by multiple factors outside the control of the consultant, including market trends, competition, and customer behaviour.

  8. Liability Limitations

    • The consultant will not be liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising directly or indirectly from the advice given during the consultation.

    • It is the client’s responsibility to apply the advice provided during the consultation, and the consultant is not liable for any subsequent decisions or outcomes.

  9. Technical Requirements

    • Clients must ensure they have access to a stable internet connection, working microphone, and camera for the online consultation. The consultant is not responsible for any technical issues on the client’s end.

    • The consultation will be conducted using Zoom. If you cannot access the platform, please contact the consultant beforehand to arrange an alternative.

  10. Conduct During Consultation

    • Clients agree to maintain a respectful and professional tone during the consultation. Abusive language, threats, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session, with no refund issued.

    • Clients are expected to engage actively and with the camera turned on during the session, as it will ensure that they gain the most value from the consultation.

  11. Changes to Terms

    • The consultant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email, and the new terms will apply to future bookings.

  12. Governing Law

    • The laws of Spain shall govern these terms and conditions, and any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Spain.

  13. Acceptance of Terms

    • By booking a consultation session, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
